With a limited formal education, Carly found herself in the workforce at an early age. Property development is where Carly found her niche and she apprenticed under other property professionals before going out on her own – learning on the job and continued professional development is something Carly is passionate about. After being involved in millions of dollars of projects with partners and other companies, Carly was ready to take the leap and start her own company and in 2006 CCORP was established – which is now one of Australia’s fastest growing property education and service providers.
Not only does Carly develop her own small to medium sized residential projects, but she also shares her secrets of successful development through her CCORP workshops – She has taught more than 60,000 people the art of property development and investment.
But life isn’t all about business for this gutsy young lady, Carly’s success and kind nature has seen her personally and professional take a huge interest in her community and world around her. Her philanthropic nature led
her to found the non-profit group CFoundation, which empowers lives and creates change, with projects which include youth-ed programs, disaster relief and crisis assistance.
Carly has gone to help in disaster zones around the world that the rest of us just watched on our TV sets – Bande Aceh in Indonesia following the Boxing Day Tsunami, China following the 2008 earthquake, QLD during Cyclone Larry and the Philippines following a typhoon, are just a few of the places Carly has visited to help.
And you may recognize Carly from her involvement with Channel Nine’s Secret Millionaire in 2010. The show placed her inside a struggling community in Melbourne, in disguise, where she made a difference to the lives of those she came into contact with. Carly was also a finalists in the prestigious Best Young Entrepreneur category for the International Stevie Awards, for Women In Business and a finalist in Cosmopolitan’s Fun Fearless Females, 2011.
Outside of work Carly is a keen world traveler and loves spending time with her family and dogs Gracie, Elvis and Hendrix.
“To continue to grow CCORP in both Australia and overseas. I’ve got an assortment of projects in the pipeline, so the next few years are going to be exciting and challenging and we just want to keep giving more!”
